Beta 1-integrin – IgG1, clone DF5

This MAb interacts with the extracellular β₁ subunit epitope of the human integrin protein family. It can be used for immunohistochemical staining, immunoblotting and other immunoassays for cellular or tumour biology research, as well as immunofluorescence staining of paraffin sections. Wheat germ agglutinin-binding glycoproteins from human fibroblasts are used as immunogens for antibody production.
