Tenascin-C – IgG1, clone EB2

This human extracellular MAb interacts with the fourth and fifth fibronectin-like repeats of human tenascin-C polypeptides with an M_r of 250,000 and 180,000. It can cross-react with humans, guinea pigs and rabbits. It can also be used in immunohistochemical staining, western blotting and other immunoassays for cellular and tumour biology research, as well as for quantitation of Tenascin-C in body fluids. Purified tenascin-C from human fetal fibroblasts is used as an immunogen for antibody production.
