Neurofilaments 70, 200

This human cytoskeletal polypeptide MAb interacts with M_r-68,000 and M_r-200,000 neurofilament proteins in human tissues. It can be used in immunohistochemical staining and western blotting. Purified neurofilament triplet proteins from the human spinal cord are used as immunogens for antibody production.
