Neurofilaments 150, 200

This cytoskeletal polypeptide MAb interacts with all three neurofilament protein molecules – M_r‑68,000, M_r-150,000 and M_r-200,000 – in mice, as well as M_r-150,000 and M_r-200,000 in human tissues. It can be used in immunohistochemical staining and western blotting. Purified neurofilament triplet proteins from human spinal cords were used as immunogens to produce this MAb.
